Dear Mr Roger Lan: 

I remember when we decided we wanted to sell the house but the economy was uncertain and people was not very confident about buying around a presidential election.  We put the home for sale in early August 2016 and I asked you about Feng Shui. You highly recommended as a tool for improving the odds of selling and we got very excited about it. Your knowledge about it was very good and you guided us into buying and setting up a fish tank and tree , lights to help you sell the house, with tall alive plants and using copper that you placed in certain places as recommended in this cases. We got the fishes and feeding them on regular basis. We think it really helped to increase a positive energy and motivate the Good Chi and bring good luck.  As a matter of fact  I remember the first week open house we got offer already, which did not materialized because we were not ready for moving out of State so quickly, and delaying was a negative factor. Finally the house sold at the right price with a second cash buyer that was very motivated and familiarized with Feng Shui and other Asian concepts. This time we were allowed to close escrow fast and with full payment on the proper price.

We think you did great and your keen effort plus Feng Shui played an important role that we had not encountered in the two previous years that we had placed it in the market with other realtors unsuccessfully. We finally were able to move to our new home with cash at hand and appreciate your grand endeavour that we hope you continue using as a wise tool for selling properties.
